We supply schools and nurseries with milk in both returnable glass bottles and 2 litre plastic containers, for use with reusable or paper cups. In an effort to reduce packaging waste, we no longer supply milk in 189ml (1/3 pint) containers.
We fully support the government’s initiative to supply children under the age of 5 with free school milk and we are an approved agent for the Nursery Milk Scheme.
The government funded Nursery Milk Scheme enables all children under the age of 5 years to receive free of charge 189 ml (1/3 pint) of milk for each day they attend approved day care facilities for 2 hours or more.
As an approved agent for the scheme, we can provide you with milk free of charge and we then claim the money back on your behalf.
This reduces the administrative burden on the nursery staff while ensuring that all eligible children receive the milk they are entitled to.
Whether you are already a member of the scheme or not, having your milk delivered by your local dairy farm is easy and we can help you to either join the scheme or transfer to our dairy.
